CANCELLATION POLICY: All orders for items that are custom built to the customer's specific requirements may be cancelled only within three (3) days of placing original order. After the three (3) day period, order NON-CANCELABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE. DAMAGE CLAIMS: Within fifteen (15) days of receiving their product, customer MUST open box and inspect product and immediately report any damages to SpectraMetal - 1-877-674-3026. If damages are reported to SpectraMetal beyond the fifteen (15) day window... claims can not be honored. (See Inspection Requirement on packing slip affixed to outside of shipping carton). SpectraMetal will issue a return authorization and make arrangements for a pick-up. PRODUCT RETURNS: You may return an undamaged standard item, shipping pre-paid, within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price less shipping charges, for all standard product and the balance will be refunded. Please contact us first for a returned goods authorization. We pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and the item will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. It is very important the material be repackaged carefully when returned. Any material damaged from inadequate packaging while returned, will be refused and returned to the customer. We must receive the material back in "new re-sellable" condition before we can refund any of the original purchase price. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will be charged a minimum 35% re-stocking fee. To return custom orders, please contact us. Most custom items cannot be returned. Thank you. COLOR MATCH: Every effort is made to replicate the actual colors of our products shown on our web-site but, due to the variation in computer monitor’s color reproduction, we cannot guarantee the colors are accurately reproduced on your computer screen.
